UNHEALTHY EATING PATTERNS: IS THIS YOU?

· Skipping meals

· Eating on the run

· Eating large amount of food in a short space of time

· Eating very quickly

· Continuous eating or picking

· Eating when upset, stressed, or depressed

· Getting panic cravings for certain foods

· Binge eating in private

· Being unaware of what you eat

· Guilt and remorse after eating

· Buying special “binge” foods

· Inability to stop, when feeling full

· Purging after eating

· Chewing and spitting food

· Starving

· Seeing and counting calories when eating

· Avoiding specific food group(s)

· Use of Laxative and/or Diuretics

· Abusing alcohol or smoking to control food intake

· Using drugs to suppress normal appetite
